Nick Naber is President of Cincy Electrical Solutions.  He has been a professional industrial electrician with IBEW Local 212 since July 1994.  He served as a foreman for several contractors, running and supervising job sites for many years.  As a foreman electrician, Nick Naber managed new construction and remodeling projects at University Hospital, bigg’s grocery stores, and Procter and Gamble’s Sharonville and Ivorydale facilities.  He has experience supervising journeyman and apprentice electricians, planning the order of the work, ordering supplies and materials, managing job tools, and interacting with general contractors and other tradesmen.

Sergey Fedorov serves as Vice President of Cincy Electrical Solutions.  He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and has been a professional electrician with IBEW Local 212 since August 2003.  He has extensive work experience leading new construction and remodeling projects.  His experience includes fire alarm upgrades, security systems, voice and data systems, HVAC controls, residential and commercial solar installations, as well as interior and exterior lighting.
